Find Me There

The heart of the house goes beyond these walls.

Inspired by Matthew 25:35–40, Find Me There is an invitation to take the love of Jesus beyond the walls of Crossroads and into the places where He's called us to show up: among the hungry, the hurting, the overlooked, and those who have yet to know Him.

PRAY. PLAN. PARTICIPATE.
Pray about your part. Make a thoughtful commitment. Give in the way that best fits your circumstances.

When we talk about having a heart for the house, we're not just talking about loving a building. We're talking about loving what matters to the heart of God.

Find Me there.

A team of volunteers (in collaboration with Pastor Allen) hosts weekly church services inside the walls of ERJ. These volunteers bring XR values of hospitality and care and set the stage for the inmates to experience the entirety of a weekend service at XR.

Martinsburg Facility Improvements
$300,000

Martinsburg Facility Improvements
$300,000

A strong home base sends us farther.

We send every location we launch and every partner we support from here. Martinsburg is our home base: where we train leaders, build teams, and multiply generosity. Wise builders don’t expand while the foundation wears thin, and repairs put off today become emergencies tomorrow. This investment protects what God has already entrusted to us and prepares our campus to serve the next generation as well as it serves this one. We are reaching out and building up at the same time, because a healthy home base keeps the mission moving.

Tiny Home Community
$500,000

Tiny Home Community
$500,000

An address represents more than
where someone lives.

Pastor Tim and the Martinsburg Union Rescue Mission are dreaming of developing a community of 13 tiny homes and a shared community building to provide stable housing for veterans or families experiencing homelessness. The community would include 24/7 Mission staffing to provide ongoing support and oversight.

Multi-site Expansion
$750,000

Multi-site Expansion
$750,000

Bring church closer to home.

New communities are bringing thousands of families to our region, and our ministry needs to grow faster than our neighborhoods. Up and down the I-81 corridor, the growth is real: the Hagerstown–Martinsburg metro area has added more than 21,000 residents since 2020, and the Winchester area has been Virginia’s fastest-growing metro since 2020. This investment will help us prepare for expansion, build capable ministry teams, and establish the spaces and systems needed to serve a new community well.

Biblica: New Testament Translation
$221,250

Imagine never reading the New Testament
in your own language.

For an estimated 101,000 Alas-speaking people living in Southeast Asia, Scripture in their heart language remains an unmet need. We are partnering with Biblica to help advance the first Alas New Testament, giving this community access to something they never had before… The words of Jesus that can serve families and churches for generations.

Put biblical resources within reach.

We partner with Messenger International to close the global discipleship gap by providing free biblical resources to people around the world. Through MessengerX, discipleship resources are available digitally in 140+ languages across 240+ countries, while printed materials are translated and distributed to pastors and believers in underserved and restricted nations. With over 2 billion people lacking access to biblical discipleship resources in their language, our generosity is helping strengthen churches, equip believers, and transform generations.

Convoy of Hope
$100,000

Convoy of Hope
$100,000

A meal today. A stronger tomorrow.

Hunger affects a child’s ability to learn, grow, and thrive. Through Convoy of Hope, our generosity puts nutritious meals in front of boys and girls, served through local churches that know them by name. It equips women with the training and resources to provide for their families and lead in their communities. And it brings emergency relief when disasters disrupt entire communities.

Middle East: Missionary Partnerships
$20,000

Middle East: Missionary Partnerships
$20,000

Stand with those serving where ministry is difficult.

In parts of the Middle East, sharing and practicing the Christian faith can carry real consequences. Through trusted partners, we will support ongoing ministry and discipleship in communities where public details may need to remain limited for safety.

Guatemala: Leadership Training & Medical Clinic
$100,000

Guatemala: Leadership Training & Medical Clinic
$100,000

Strengthen the leaders who will strengthen the Church.

Local pastors understand their communities. They often need access to training, resources, and places to develop the next generation of leaders. Our investment in Guatemala is intended to strengthen ministry training so leaders can serve their churches with greater preparation and support. We’re also helping build a medical clinic for a community living near the garbage dump, where families have little access to healthcare.

Colombia & Venezuela
Missionary Partnerships
$20,000

Colombia & Venezuela
Missionary Partnerships
$20,000

Support local ministry in communities under pressure.

Families across Colombia and Venezuela face economic hardship and disruption. Our missionary partnerships support local pastors through mentoring, reach students, and provide prison ministry, while bringing food relief to families in need. Our missionaries have served this region for more than 30 years, and we want to strengthen their work so it remains present long after a single outreach.
