Derick and Jessica Amsler have been part of the Crossroads Church family for over twenty years, first serving as youth pastors and now as lead pastors. They are known for creating a church culture that feels welcoming, relational, and grounded in real life.

Together, they have a heart for helping people engage God’s Word in ways that are meaningful, honest, practical, and personal. Their teaching and leadership emphasize a faith meant to be lived out in everyday moments, not just talked about on Sundays.

Derick holds a Doctor of Ministry from Southeastern University, with a focus on integrating theology and psychology for spiritual formation and identity in Christ. Jessica is completing her Master’s degree in Ministerial Leadership and is known for her leadership clarity across the church, with initiatives like the HER Collective equipping women as leaders in both ministry and the marketplace.

They are raising their two children, Averie and Cade, who are currently very committed to convincing their parents they need a puppy.
