Is there a check-in process?

Students can be dropped off at the front doors, where they will be greeted by a team ready to check them in for the night.

What time should I arrive?

The best time for you to arrive will be between 6:15 and 6:30 pm for pre-experience activities and hangout time. The experience starts at 7:00 pm, so we want to ensure your student gets checked in before the start of service.

Pick up is approximately 8:00 pm.

What will the night look like for my student?

Answer

Once you drop off your student at the Welcome table, we will connect your student with one of our trained volunteers. Our trained volunteer will walk your student through check-in, introduce them to other students their age, and get them connected with a leader and other students their age.

The experience runs from 7:00 - 8:05 pm and includes worship, games, an age-appropriate message, and time in Connect Groups (small groups made up by school grades).

After groups, students are free to hang out in our commons until pickup. Most students get picked up between 8:05 and 8:20 pm.
